This studio is in the heart of the city of Château-Gontier, in the remarkable building of the old halls, just like the Toit du Vigneau. It is ideal for small budgets.
You will appreciate it for its location, proximity to shops, restaurants, cinema ... It is rented for 3 nights minimum.
It is fully equipped (microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, TV, ...), including linen, with a mezzanine bed. The bathroom includes shower, sink, and toilet.

The "Toit du Vigneau" is in the city center.
This accommodation is a private apartment, so you will be completely independent during your stay!
You will appreciate it for its location.
Rental 3 nights minimum.

In the city center of Château-Gontier, this is a T2 apartment (in the same building as the studio) completely refurbished and furnished. This is a non-smoking apartment.
It is perfect for 1 person or 1 couple. The sofa in the living room is convertible and can accommodate 1 to 2 more people.
It is rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
It is fully equipped, including linens and wifi with no charge.
It includes:

  • A room with luxurious bedding and comfortable queen-size bed, you will sleep soundly.

  • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living room. Its equipment is complete: fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, ...

  • A comfortable living room with:

A dining area
A living room with sofa bed (sleeping 140 x 200) and TV.

  • A bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

It is located on the second and last floor, accessed only by stairs.
